Work Keys Testing

Out of general curiosity, I would be interested in hearing if any of my fellow Paras sat through the Work Keys Testing prior to be being hired by their respective school districts?

I would like to know if the test scores actually assist our supervisors, principals etc., in placing us in positions best suited or if it is no more that a basic aptitude test...

I sat through the 3 hour long test and have have discovered that one or two Paras in my school never actually sat the test prior to the hiring process (which was explained to me as a mandatory prerequisite of being hired).

I look forward to your comments on this topic.
