After taking the ParaPro Test to meet the requirements of a Title 1 school and passing, I am wondering if this is all the testing I will ever have to do? That test was quite time consuming let alone nerve racking since I was in my mid-fifties. Is it required for us to continue taking courses on a yearly basis? I am quite perplexed about all this and would like to to know what exactly ParaEducators are required or not required to do after the initial test? I am looking forward to some anwers. Thank you in advance for your time.
