pay scale for paras

I have been a para for seven years and in that period of time we have NEVER seen a pay scale to compare which would be statewide..Does anyone know how to go about compiling such a pay scale??

I know our district post something towards the end of the school year. It compares pay from surrounding districts. I don’t have a copy of the last year comparison. I can tell you in my district a 7th year paraprofessional would earn $13.14 per hour in a 6.5 hour work day (although some positions work 7 or 7.5 hours per day), 169 days per school year.
