Paraprofessional Testing and Test Preparation from NonProfit Consortium

CODESP is a self-supporting consortium of over 650* school and college districts which was formed to be a central resource for employment test materials.

Since 1972, the Cooperative Organization for the Development of Employee Selection Procedures, CODESP, has provided California and Nevada public school districts with selection materials, training, information, and consultation needed to recruit and hire qualified public educational agency employees.

CODESP provides a test to qualify Paraprofessionals. The test and study materials are included in the membership fee and there is no charge per candidate. CODESP Instructional Aide Practice Test is available at www.codesp.com under Links / Test Taking Practice. An online practice test similar to format of CODESP's multiple choice test is available under Links also at no cost. An indepth tutorial is also available to Members under Resources. Applicants should contact their HR Departments for access to the tutorial. Use other Test-Taking sites under Links for English\Language Arts and Math practice.
