Paraprofessional teaching science

Does anyone have responsibilities of teaching a class such as "computer lab" or "science lab" in
K-3 grades? And if so, what is your job description and are we required to take the "test"?
I've been teaching for almost 10 years now and was wondering how you class is funded and if not
under Title 1, then isn't our description in a whole different category?
