Para Pro Test

I was a para for almost 25 years, left for family reasons, now I want to be rehired and I have to take this test with algebra and geometry. I think they should have two tests, one elementary, one secondary. In all my years I never had to use these two areas of math. Did many, many things as part of Title I, some not-reading and writing, grades K-3. I believe they should also take into consideration your job experience. I would be interested in hearing from others out there.
