New Message Board Features- Avatars and Regional section

Hello!
I just added a couple of new features to the board...
First, I have added a new message board with a category for each of the 50 states- find your state and post a message to encourage others from your state to post!
Second, see the 'Joe Cool' guy to the left of this message? That image is called an Avatar and there are lots of others that you can choose from-
To do so-

Login using your username and password
Go to your profile by clicking on 'Profile' near the top of the screen
Go to 'Avatar control panel at the bottom of the screen'
Click on 'Show Gallery'
From there, you can select which category you want to view at the top Press the button under the image you want to use
Click 'Select Avatar'
You will go back to the Profile screen- Press Submit and you're done!
