Need to talk to a para!!

Hi, I am in college and am training to become an elementary teacher. I am in a class as well right now for special education and I need to interview a paraprofessional. If there is someone out there that would let me interview them, I would be incredibly grateful!!! We could do the interview through email or IM, either way, I would appreciate it a lot! No union offered

The Support Professionals NEA says you have to be full time to join. I was wondering if there was a way I could either join another union or help establish one. Help.
