Need Ideas for Paraeducator Training

Hello! I'm the new executive director for The North Carolina Association of Teacher Assistants. I'd love to get input from paras across the country about the kinds of staff development or professional development workshops you'd be interested in taking. As an association, NCATA is considering offering a series of continuing education workshops throughout the state, in order to help paras get additional CEU hours.
