How is Your District Dealing with the Struggling Economy?

Hearing about paraeducator positions being cut, we are curious as to what you are seeing happening in your area with budgets in many school districts being cut. 

Specifically we are wondering what schools, districts, states are doing to save jobs or better utilize their work force. Have you seen any creative ways of dealing with these tough economic times?
