Help with working with Angelmans students

I work in a life skill classroom for students 14-21 year old at a high school in Washington State. Our students leave the classroom and go to regular physical education. I would like to know if anyone has experience with the disability of Angelman. We have a girl who is 15 and who has not been in a program that help her develop, she is non verbal,and she wears pull ups. She does not have support at home.
