I am a para in CT. I work about 31 hours a week. Our contract is coming up for negotiation real soon. We are asking for a lot of new stuff. We are asking for compensation based on the Para Pro test. Anyone have any ideas how to go about this, or does anyone have steps in their contract based on education?
