Hello ARKANSAS: Anybody out there from AR? My name is Ivet Moll, and I work for Arch Ford Early Childhood Special Education. I am the para for the Conway ABC Preschool. I have been with them now going on my 4th year. Just wanted to see if there was anybody from AR.

Hey, I live in Hope Ar. and have been a para for three years. I was hired as a P.E. aide, and has since passed the para pro test, and will finish college in May with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood. I will be looking for a more challenging job now that I have all of this education (lol).

HI! Nice to see someone is using this. I'm a pretty good ways. I live in Sheidan south of Little Rock. I've been a para for about 4 years now and the only class I've been in is a CBI(Community Based Instruction). I enjoy being with the students I learn so much everyday. Glad to meet you. Ann

Hello

Ivet, I'm about 15 miles north of you. I work as the accelerated math para at Greenbrier Middle School. Technically this is my 2nd year as a para for Greenbrier. I was the Literacy Aide for the middle school two years ago but it was only a year job. Last year I subbed then did taxes for the tax season. It's nice knowing that there are others nearby. Loving my job

I am from Springdale, AR. I work at Southwest Jr. High. I am going on my 7th year as a para. I started in a 1 to 6 class for about 6 weeks and then moved to a 1 to 15 class. I love my job. It is challenging at times, but I think maybe we can make a difference in their lives. The teacher I work with and I believe that it is very important for these kids to have a stable place to go. Niether one of us have been absent on the same day. Many of these children look up to us and we are the only stable thing they can count on.

Ive been a Para for 12 goin on 13 years!!!! It has its ups and downs! Just remember if you are in this profession its for the kids!!!!! Without us alot of these kiddos would be left behind. God Bless you all!!!
