I found a great article that I wanted to share. It's called Building
Bridges: Strategies to Help Paraprofessional Promote Peer Interaction by Julie Causton-Theoharis and Kimber Malmgren. It is from the publication COUNCIL FOR EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN Vol.37, No. 6, pp.18-24, 2005.

Will everyone that reads this just post how much they make per hour and if they get benefits or not?
I am going to negotiate a new contract for Omaha Public School paras, and this would be a great way to show comparing numbers.
Thanks for your help!
