Does any online colleges offer courses/degrees

Are there any online colleges that offer AS to BA to Masters giving you some credit for being and working in the Para/Instructional Asst. field? I am located in Virginia and worked as a Instructional Asst. with 5th grade Spec. aid. Thank you, Kim Mitchell
