about the test

hi i am katie and i am very intersted in becoming a teaching assitant, there is a test that the board of eduation is giving in my county in feb. (New Hanover County, NC) I was wondering if this is the same test that they give everywhere? Also, is there anyone who has taken the test in North Carolina? Please reply and let me know, thankyou
